Lateness; In order to keep appts running smoothly and to give you and others all the time you deserve please arrive on time. Lateness will run into next client time so we will have to shorten your service. Cancel/ Reschedule; 48 hour notice needed for cancel/reschedule. If cancelled less then 48 hours 50% fee for service booked will be charged. A no show/cancel on the rescheduled date will be accessed twice at 50% for each slot taken and not utilized. Please note: Possible blocking from booking services may apply. We value our clients time with us and respectfully ask for the same.
